Overdraft Reporting on Lawyer Trust Accounts Mandatory, effective 1-1-2010 - Posted on December 4th, 2009 The Supreme Court of Missouri has adopted a Rule and approved a Regulation that make it mandatory that banks holding lawyer trust accounts report any overdrafts on those accounts.
